Important Dates

• On-line abstract submission open: April 1, 2008
• On-line abstract submission deadline: July 31, 2008
• Acceptance notification: No longer than 1 month after abstract submission
• Payment of early conference fee: before or on September 30, 2008
• Payment of full conference fee: starting with October 1, 2008
• Final paper submission: end of February 2009 (expected)

Registration Fee

• Early registration fee: $300.
• Full registration fee: $400.
• Student rate: $200 (early) and $300 (late). This rate applies to undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. students. A scanned copy of the student ID must be sent to the conference e-mail address.

There will be three meals and two coffee-breaks every day, as well as a Welcome and Farewell party. The registration fee is used to cover travel and accommodation of invited speakers and standard conference materials.

Payment of registration fee

Payments of the conference fee will be made to the University of Nevada at Reno (UNR). Details will be posted later.
